
Scott Drake was appointed CEO of CEC Entertainment on February 13, 2026, overseeing the iconic Chuck E. Cheese brand, Chuck’s Arcade, and regional favorite Peter Piper Pizza. With nearly 700 venues globally, CEC remains the leader in family dining and entertainment.
Scott joined the company in 2024 as Executive Vice President, Chief Financial Officer where he succeeded in building and managing the company’s new revenue management strategy and team. In this role, he also oversaw all the company’s finance functions, internal audit, and real estate development. With a wide history of analytics and efficiencies in various industries and company segments, his focus remains on growth and financial optimization of key strategies.
Scott brings over 30 years of experience in transformational roles and a background in Strategy, Efficiency, Collaboration and Finance. Scott’s experience in the restaurant, retail, gaming, and consumer product categories includes roles as CFO & Treasurer of Farmer Bros. Co., guiding the public company through the pandemic, as SVP of Finance & Treasurer for five years at GameStop, and he’s held other roles with 7 Eleven, PWC, Coca-Cola Enterprises, La Madeleine French Bakery & Café and Arthur Anderson.
Drake holds a B.B.A. dual degree in Accounting and Finance as well as a Master’s degree in Business Administration from Texas A&M University, College Station. He is a licensed Certified Public Accountant in the State of Texas and has taken part in leadership training at West Point. When not working, Scott enjoys time with his wife and two daughters, hiking, traveling or finding the perfect doughnuts.
Nathan Hunstable joined CEC Entertainment in 2024 as Chief Information and Security Officer (CISO) and Vice President of IT Infrastructure where he oversaw cybersecurity, network operations, and IT infrastructure. In that role, he strengthened the company’s cybersecurity posture and supported innovation and technology initiatives across the organization.
With over two decades of IT leadership experience across the family entertainment and cinema exhibition industries. Nathan’s notable contributions include his tenure at Cinergy Entertainment and The Movie Tavern, as well as his successful exit from TheHelpDesk.com in 2015, where he pioneered industry-wide technological advancements.
He holds a bachelor’s degree from TAMU – Commerce and a Master’s in Cybersecurity Law from Texas A&M University School of Law. Outside of work, Nathan enjoys spending quality time with his family, engaging in outdoor activities, DIY projects, and cheering on his children’s Taekwondo and dance pursuits. A fervent supporter of Dallas sports, particularly The Dallas Stars, he’s also a proud Texas A&M enthusiast.
