  • Minimum net worth of $1,000,000 – $3,000,000 with a minimum available liquidity of $500,000, depending on the concept build-out commitments
  • Commitment to a minimum of 3 units, which may include various concepts
  • Capability of entering into an Exclusive Area Development (EADA) for a specific market
  • Royalty Fees start 6% with discounts applied to early openings and multi-unit commitments
  • Be willing to commit to a minimum of 3 units in 40 months
  • Advertising Fund: 2.5%

Important Attributes:

  • Your team must include (or have access to) restaurant management experience
  • Multi-unit experience preferred with strong Leadership and Business Skills Market Ownership
  • Committed to delivering the Peter Piper Pizza guest experience
  • Ability to access and develop an experienced operating management team
